Their service is great and they are very friendly and accommodating in the service department. We booked our appointment online but they never had it on their system and it was hard to try and verify it with them. It helps to speak Spanish. There was some English help. There are no good restaurants around there. So, if your service takes hours you will need to take a taxi. Overall it was a good experience.

The people are nice, but after dropping the car off I was quoted one price and agreed, after that I was told it would be done in two days. Then on day two no call so on day three I called and was told a different price which was more than the first estimate and again two more days .Ok Im thinking that is understandable , So in two days no phone call. Again I called them on day three and they gave another price now I feel they are fishing for more cash, so I was asking when it would be done. Needless to say two days turned into three weeks, this service department needs better people skills. I picked the car up and they installed a used transmission and charged me for a new one also both front airbags were stolen from the car while it was in the service area. Never again will I return to this establishment. I would give no stars if it was a choice.

Warning this place is a scam, I paid for a new transmission and they installed a used one. Also they stole both airbags out of the car and told me I dropped it off like that. This company is nice to your face and will stab you in the back. BEWARE !!!
