The advisor and the service are very good, what is very slow is the way to verify the electronic payments of the companies, sometimes it takes more than three hours to check if the electronic payment or SPEI has already been made.
Today I went to get my car serviced and the treatment from all the staff was great, the car runs wonderfully and they deliver it to you apart from the service and the checkup comes out like new, free wash, highly recommended, look for Armando for 100% attention
Terrible but terrible service, very unprofessional sellers, they tell you lies about the response time of the credit, you talk to them to ask and they ignore you, they wash their hands to return the separation, 8 days and they still don't tell me if my credit is authorized or not??? When all the agencies tell you on the same day or the next at most because they want to sell, here they tell me that they send the paperwork to no where, they haven't responded hahahaha I don't know why they are busy but that is not reliable at all, think about it twice before going there the truth.
