The installer was professional, courteous, friendly and fast. The glass and mirror installation look great. I would definitely continue to use and will recommend Glass Doctor to friends and family. I’m not sure why or what the issue is but 2 times I have waited for the rep to come measure the glass panel and no one has shown up. I gave them 2 chances at this point … I shouldn’t have to chase anyone down to give them money for a service. Not even a courtesy phone call. I was told that the person showed up on the “first” appointment and measured from the outside… spoke to someone a week later because I called to see what happened and was informed of this. Was anyone planning on following up and letting me know? It’s a mystery 🧐

Scheduled appointment at my house, paid a 50. fee. Ryan took photos of my window, and promised to call back with estimate. Weeks went by with no response. Spoke with receptionist twice who promised to follow up. Never did. Unprofessional. Not recommended.
