Granite State Mechanical Service always provides the best service. They are very customer focused, always communicates with you every step of the way and are really good at what they do. From servicing equipment to installations they are always on point. Highly recommend them and will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs. They helped us through a difficult time with such thoughtfulness and care by providing space heaters while waiting for our equipment to be installed. Their attention to detail is remarkable and commendable. Just a great team, thanks Zak, Adam and Mark for all your help, I will never forget your kindness.

Mark always does a great job! He understands our request and completes work in a timely manner. He also goes the extra mile to check every aspect of the heating system. The price is reasonable too! That is why we always call them :)

We recently had a Mitsubishi ducted heat pump installed in our home by GSMS. The installation required 2 air handlers as well as running duct work to both floors of our home. The entire process, from first contact through installation and some adjustments to the system has been exceptional. The business end of the project from the estimate through the signing of the contract was handled professionally and patiently by Zak. The installation team of Adam, Quinn and Jack could not have been better. On time, friendly, clean and skilled. They also patiently handled our questions and humored our ever curious Black Lab. We have owned our home for 25 years, and dealt with numerous contractors in that time. I can honestly say that our experience with GSMS has been our best, by far.

The GSMS crew did a great job installing two mini-splits above our garage and replacing a water heater. From the initial consult with Zak through Adam's leadership of getting the project done, the team was professional, thorough, and high-quality. We would highly recommend GSMS!
