Clean, organized and well stocked. Received excellent customer service from Tyler. He was very knowledgeable about the product lines and went above and beyond in answering out questions and helping us to select the right products. Best service I have ever received at a GNC location.
This company treats their employees so poorly. They won’t even let my friend off work to go to our best friends funeral. They won’t have an extra employee cover for him. Most The products are over priced bc I can get them cheaper online or somewhere else. There’s only one very good and involved employee. Other than that the other employees are unhelpful not really customer service employees. The fact that this company won’t even give employees a bereavement day or even just a couple hours just to go to a funeral. Whoever runs the company don’t care about their employees, they only care about themselves. This place needs BETTER MANAGEMENT or OWNERSHIP.
First time to this location and Tyler and the other associate was very helpful. They showed me the best options for what I was looking and that wouldn’t cause any interactions to allergies that I have. Will definitely come back when I run out.
