I visited this store today, the front DESK guy name Ahmed. He gave excellent customer service and helped me to clarify many questions I had regarding the Protein because honestly never bought any so I didn’t even know. He explained everything nicely and offered me the best choice. also gave me few free samples .Would definitely recommend everyone. Once again thank you.
This is the most incompetent customer service I have ever dealt with!! I purchased an item through mail order and immediately returned it within the thirty days required by policy. I received an email that my refund had been processed on Feb.1 and would take 14 days to return to me. After 20 days i called because I hadn’t received it.customer service rep #1 advised that it was sent and to contact my financial institution. After 30 days i spoke with customer service rep #2 who advised that I needed to send tracking number that i had returned the product. Not sure why when I received an email saying that it was received and my refund had been issued on February 1, however I submitted all documentation as requested. 40 days later, customer service rep #3 advised that the refund had been issued and there was nothing he could do. That’s unacceptable. I call back days later and spoke to customer service rep #4 who advised that his team would investigate and follow up within 24 hrs. Within 24 hrs I receive an email stating, “the refund was issued on Feb 1, 2022 and the refund was submitted over a yr ago and i needed to check with my bank. What? How could it have issued a year ago when I returned the item in Jan 2023?? Unreal. I call back for the fifth time and am asked to submit the same documents that I previously submitted not to mention the frustration of the callers who I could barely understand due to the language barrier. I request a supervisor and the number for corporate. I was told that i was speaking to the corporate office and there is nothing a supervisor can do and they are going to tell me the same thing, pretty much my supervisor request was denied. Wow, i was appalled that this was corporate (laughable) This experience is beyond unacceptable and the incompetence is unbelievable. I received items from them monthly and I will never patronize GNC again. They are horrid!!!

Clearly the people that wrote the previous reviews work at this location.
The male that is always in this store knows absolutely nothing about the products!!!! . I once asked him for something and he said they did not have that product.... A two minute search and I found the product in the store. I returned again and asked for about A specific product.... And he knew nothing about the product instead he turned the box around and read what was on it. As a customer I do understand that you won’t know everything about every product! But!!!! out of all my visits he has yet to show me that he any knowledge about the products in the store. It’s ridiculous and because of that I will no longer return to the store.... Good luck selling something you know nothing about!
