I work next door and constantly have people come in asking if they are open, they are NEVER open people will try the door and drive away because they are NOT open during “open hours” with NO sign and the lights ON. with hours posted on window. SMH I feel bad for the people who come back everyday and still nothing. Someone will come in and be there for an hour at MAX. i get it everywhere is short staffed but take the hours down and write a sign on the door and TURN THE LIGHTS OFF!! pictures were taken at 6:20pm. They have been closed all day.

*DONT DRIVE HERE ITS NEVER OPEN* I work next door and this store is never open! I feel bad for all the people that drive to this location just to see that it is not open during “open hours”. If you don’t have any people to work the normal open day take the hours off the door. It confuses people. We are constantly getting people coming into my job asking and complaining that they are never open and having to deal with irritated people that they’re never open. Just a heads up so you don’t waste your gas.

Tried to go to this GNC at 10:30AM when it states (online and on their door) that they open at 10AM and the door was locked with all the lights on. Tried calling with no response. Very frustrating. When they are open, it seems like their stock of supplements is low compared to the other GNCs I stop at. Honestly, not sure how this one stays in business if this is how management runs it

Online hours and hours posted on door say they open at 10am. I’ve been sitting here now since 1030 and they are closed. No sign, nothing!!! Really irritating to drive here only to find it not open!!! I get staffing is an issue these days, but then have realistic hours or post that they vary. Waste of time and gas!!! Update: called corporate to lodge formal complaint as this seems to be an ongoing issue. They had to escalate matter internally bc manager didn’t answer when they tried to call.

Never open when the listed hours say they are. The last 3 times I’ve tried going here the door was locked, lights on and sign said they were open. Change your hours to reflect actual open times.
