That place is filthy! The desk looks like a hoarders nest. The prices are insane, the product I wanted had an "old price tag" and went up in price when I expressed interest.

Poor service, I turned around after hearing the "manager"tell the delivery person to go to the back door, in which he just turned around and then walked to the other door. It made no sense, very rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere

Was not open at 11 like Google said. No store hours posted on the front door like there should have been.

The older guy that works in the evenings is the reason I shop online. Very rude and not helpful at all! No wonder why the store was empty.

This is the 2nd time I have come here, and I have received poor customer service. I came in to use the points that I built up by shopping at GNC. The associate told me I couldn’t use all my points and that he caps it off at $15 for some reason. I used to work at GNC and know that there is no cap on how much you use of your points. I asked why and he said, “because I can do that.” So I left without buying anything because the first time, this guy had to call his manager to ensure I wasn’t trying to get another PRO box when I was going for my first one, having me wait 10 minutes for him to figure it out. I noticed that he acts differently, particularly to me, a man of color. Don’t waste your time coming here, better GNC’s out there
