I usually shop at the Antioch & Vivion location. Since the last 2 previous managers left it wasn't the same. So I stopped in at this GNC to see what they had. I ran into one of the previous managers Dalaina. She is amazing and has been with the company for almost 20 years. So is VERY knowledgeable and truly cares about your health. It shows she is passionate about what she does. I would recommend THIS location over Antioch and Zona Rosa for sure. You will get the quality service and help you truly need.

Visited this store for the 1st time yesterday. Dalaina was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really took the time to listen to what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need. Much appreciated from a customer perspective. I will be back!

I was in need of more protein mix and started to hop online to see how much i could save on the Amplify XL versus running to a GNC to pick it up, but decided to just "pay more" and it get the same day from the store. I went out to the Parkville location and was surprised to find it was at least $10 cheaper than anyplace was selling it online. I asked how long they were running this sale, and was told that because it is locally owned they are able to discount the prices and that this is the everyday price. How often are we able to support a locally owned store and save money at the same time. The staff was super helpful and i will definitely be back.

First of all this place shares the same sidewalk as the one in front of Nick & Jake's. I only know this because I had to call Lindsay to figure out where it was. Google WILL let you down with directions here. Speaking of Lindsay, she absolutely killed it. I'm a COVID-19 survivor who had a very seditary 2020 and regressed quite a bit and was looking for a pre-workout to play nice with my ADD medication. She knew exactly where I needed to go and knew exactly what I was up against. I also asked for a breakfast meal replacement supplement and she made the perfect recommendation. I threw tons of questions her way and she asked tons of them back to make sure we got the perfect combination of supplements!! She recommended PMD's Caffeine Free Ultra Pump Fuel and their Amplify XL protein shake. It was quite a drive for me but I'll be back. Passion and knowledge in a store employee is a dangerous combination and GNC seems to nail it everywhere I've been.

I am a regular at this store for the lean shakes. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Only thing is parking is limoted due to the location but that has nothing to do with the store.
