Employee decided to not let customers in the store for his “30 minute break” multiple customers attempted to walk in only to find rude employee talking on the phone and rudely pointing to the sign. I seriously suggest the owner look into this, he is losing a lot of business if this is a common occurrence.

The hours say that they are open right now and the open sign is lit up but the door is locked.

First time I've been in this store in particular. I don't think I'll go back. The three employees seemed to be happy to work there, but I was barely spoken to. Only one greeted me and after discovering they did not carry a particular product, I was not helped to find something else. I was not even spoken to again. I put back the other products I planned to buy, and left. It's great to enjoy your job, but I'm looking for help in products to help me achieve my wellness goals. GNC in general, offer great products and the stores are typically easy to navigate, but when a customer needs help, you help.

Manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. She got my wife on a regimen and has been very successful. Also, they are the only GNC that offers a military discount; better pricing than on base. Very pleased with my experience and we will continue to shop at this GNC.

Horrible customer service. He had a foul attitude and did not try to help you
