There is a problem with the Pro Member process, I assume it would be the assistant making the error. When I purchase items on 3x and 5x point days I hardly ever get my extra points. I always have to go back and remind the store later after reviewing my receipt that they were not added and it's not just at one outlet as I shop at many different locations. One would think that if you are listed as a Pro Member that it would automatically enter the extra points. It's just annoying that the customer has to remind the retailer of promotions that the customer is paying a premium for.

Terrible service at 1730 20210222 with the cashier! I was in the middle of questions and her friend walks in and leave me wondering. I served the military for 7 years and still serve have valid i.d. And everything I ask her if they do military discounts and she tells me no so i leave angry not caring anymore and then look it up after I calm down come to find out they do. I will not purchase from hernando gnc again service was terrible

The best GNC experience I have EVER had! The manager was extremely helpful and informative. I will definitely be coming back!
