GNC

No one is ever at the store. I've been here 9 times over the last month and a 1/2 trying to get pre workout, and no one is ever here. sometimes they have a sign saying they've gone to lunch, and that they will be back. Most often just all the lights are turned off and the open hours are posted, saying that they should be open, but nobody is ever here. I've attempted to stop different days and times.

I purchased the wrong item, and I've been trying to get item exchanged for the last 3 weeks, every time I've tried to go in, the door is locked during business hours. If you don't want to work during normal hours then tells us when you will be there!!

Went 3 times in 2 months in the afternoon to find store closed. Also, I did not catch a name, but the manager who wears a mask has started an argument both times I have seen him in the store. I have been using GNC stores for 11 years, and have never encountered an employee who is so confrontational, and has no absolutely no knowledge of supplements or the fitness industry. If a manger would rather argue with long-time customers, and keep the store closed, they do not deserve dedicated business. I will be taking mine elsewhere after this last encounter, as I would recommend anyone in the area.

Seems like a lot of the negative reviews are directed at corporate policies that are out of the employee's control. I've never had a single problem with any of the regular employees or the subs they have from time to time. Store is always clean and if anyone has ever been in a bad mood when I've been there, they didn't show it in the slightest. It's a place to buy supplemental nutrition and the employees do their jobs to the absolute best of their abilities. As a business owner myself, I would hire each and every one of them.

Says they’re open on the sign at the door. They are not. 2:00pm on a Friday.
