GNC

Some young kid was extremely rude and refused to take my return and wanted to argue with me. I have been a long time customer and spent thousands here at this gnc. I will take my money elsewhere. This happened at 12:30 on Monday. The guy kept saying I was threatening him just told him we can meet somewhere he told me my muscles didn't mean anything lol Updated spoke with the manager she was really nice and professional about the situation will change my review and update it. I will return to this gnc and give it another chance after speaking to the manager.

First time at GNC. Mackenna (sorry if spelling is wrong) knew exactly the product I described in vague terms and went right to the shelf and got the perfect product. She even went so far as to recommend a smaller package to see if I liked it before buying the bigger one. A big help for a clueless noob! When I ran out and went back for more, she noticed right away that one of the nearly identical packages I got off the shelf was the wrong flavor. Surely an employee to be treasured by employer and customer alike. Thank you, thank you!

Makenna Makenna Makenna!!! SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Not only did she point me in the direction to products that would help me from what I explained to her I was concerned about she KNEW THE DIFFERENCE IN WHY THIS WAS BETTER THAN THAT AND THE WHOLE NINE!!! I can’t even explain how happy I am and how I can’t wait to go back for refills!!! That girl is a blessing I even got the last two Christmas shaker cups!!! I LOVE CHRISTMAS AND MAKENNA!!! ;-*

Employee was attentive and gave some good recommendations. Lots of inventory in stock compared to GNC's stores in the Cincinnati area. Many of their prices double the same thing at Walmart or Kroger (ie Alani products) so I don't purchase certain items here.

Closed early and didn't even know. Hopefully the correct hours i suggested to google maps will reflect the change soon.
