Stationed in the United Kingdom, visiting on leave. Mark was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly the second I walked in and very eager to help. Having been prior military and learning that I myself am military, he understood that there were banned substances in some brands that I cannot have. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the brands and knew which ones I was looking for based on description of number of calories and grams of protein. It was awesome to speak military jargon and relate on some level. My man deserves a raise!

Went in before closing last night. Said hi to the person working and nothing. She had her headphones in as well. Super unprofessional. I went to supplement giant instead. They have way better prices and customer service.

Inaccurate hours. Won’t pick up the phone. Drove 20 minutes to a locked door.

Hours are incorrect, store was closed at 12:30 in the middle of day with no signs explaining why.

Must close earlier than usual I’m here at 5:20pm on Sunday and the door is already locked
