I visited this store as it was supposed to open yet it did not open until 10:20. Keith finally came out to the door and unlocked it without acknowledging me at all. After bringing my product up to the counter he still refused to acknowledge me despite repeated attempts to get his attention They also refused to price match an identical product I would give 0/5 if possible this experience was horrible

Having an account doesn't matter, bought a product I'm not satisfied with and can't return it, even in a 24 hour window. Franchise store as well, does not price match.

Update store hours. They were closed at 5:30 when they should be open until 6 on Sunday. Waste of time.

Isaiah helped me out this morning by pointing out which products were vegan which I was looking for during this visit. It was great knowing he has knowledge of the products available and it made my visit a smooth one. Will definitely come back to this store (also it’s quite a drive). Thanks!

Store hours set to open at 9:30am… it’s 10am and the store is closed. No signs posting adjusted times or weather they are permanently closed. Time wasted driving to this unprofessional location.
