Horrible customer service My husband went yesterday for the sale on creatine amongst all GNC. He placed the order online for pick up at the GNC store. The woman attending the store said her manager cancelled his order but gave no reason why the manager canceled the order. He asked why and she said “I don’t know”. She followed him around the store I guess cause she thought he was going to steal? And then when he asked a question about the creatine she said “are you going to buy it?” LOL no not anymore with your racism and horrible customer service. This GNC also ripped off the gnc pricing and wrote their own pricing with their own hand written label. Don’t shop here! Especially if you’re Latino, the manager or worker or whatever seems racist. We found what we needed on Amazon luckily. Don’t give these rude people business.

The women working here is really nice and she take care of customers very well. She recommends apt products and she has very good knowledge about all the proteins creatines fish oils etc., overall the experience was too good compared to any other gnc.

I'm typically not the type of person to give bad reviews. We all have good days and bad days. I went in there to get an approved refund (approved by GNC customer service) for a membership and was told by the person attending the store "I don't know how to process that". No attempt was made by this individual to help me. I hate that GNC in general always tries to push customers to buy memberships, so I have serious doubts this person didn't know how to refund the membership. If I'm wrong, I apologize. However, one star for not even making an attempt to help me.

How are they still in business? They’re never open. This is about the 5th time it happens and honestly I’m done with this location. Save yourself the ride and go to a different location.

Products are fine, but the shopping process here is unnerving. The guy locks the door while you're shopping inside the store, and he hovered over me the entire time while I was shopping, making me feel both rushed and uncomfortable. Like I get he's worried about theft, but his attitude is pushing away people like myself who just want to buy some damn protein powder in peace.
