This place went from having cashiers that were over the top aggressive about membership to having cashiers that couldn't care any less about gretting you, asking if you need help or even look up from their phone. I'd rather go online and wait a week to get my stuff than go into a store where they act like I'm being rude by having the audacity to ask them do their job
This place needs to just shut down already. Employees don’t know how to return items and tell you to come back “sometime next week” when their manager is back. They are not knowledgeable about their products. Now I just showed up there at 12:00pm to a locked door and sign reading “be back at 12:15” when hours are clearly listed as 11am-6pm.
Don't buy from GNC! Don't waste your money and time! Be careful!! The poor management and poor customer service!! This is what I encountered in the GNC store:
1. GNC never emailed me they didn't have enough inventory for certain products . Instead, they told me to go to store to pick up stuff which are ready. The items in the bag don't match with what I ordered online.
2. After I logged into my email, and showed the email "Your order is ready for pickup!" to the man in the store, he never apologized for the inconvenience caused. Instead, he told me in a rude way "go to call the customer service". Then, I told him, "this is not caused by me, it is caused by GNC, It should be your job to call the customer service". He just went away. So, I decided to cancel the order and left the store.
3. After I contacted online for chatting in order to cancel the order, the person told me "I have submitted a request to attempt to cancel your order, this is not a guarantee". It is ridiculous! I placed the order yesterday, and never picked up the order today, and the customer service said this!
I wish I could give a zero star. Horrible!!
They try to up sell you on EVERYTHING. At one point I wanted to just leave because they kept explaining the same promotion to me several times and I kept saying no.

Clean & neat place! Wesley helped me purchase a whole bunch of items all within my budget. Great customer service. Will be coming back.
