I used to love this store and company. The new management changed all that. The mail order delivery system failed to deliver and charged for something not ordered. The company and the store gave me the run around instead of my refund. The manager mansplained instead of solving it and giving a refund. Elijah (not the manager) tried to be helpful but that still did not result in my money being returned by the store nor the company.

Very knowledgeable manager, great personality, spends time with you and helps address your health needs. He makes you feel important and greets you with a smile amazing store manager his name is Chris.

Went in for prenatal and postnatal/lactation supplements and spoke with chris, the manager. I was pleasantly surprised by how much he knew and his great customer service. He even ended up saving me money and trips across town to stay on my supplements.

Derek made the experience great. Great personality had fun learning while shopping love GNC and been going since a teen. Went in for a protein supplement and got fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles can't wait to try my protein shakes.

The stores hours are NOT accurate. The front door was locked, and all lights were off at this location on a Monday morning at 10:00 am.
