I dialed to see if they had the product and the lady on the afternoon shift hung up both times, not wanting to give an answer when she heard that she just wanted to know if they had the product available. They should follow up on these complaints, dial and both in person and by call they have excellent service at Galerias Serdan.

The people who serve do not provide quality customer service. Unfortunately the older woman has rude and contemptuous attitudes. I hope Human Resources pays attention and evaluates which people it places as the image of the brand. And GNC products are excellent, I am a frequent customer.

This particular branch is not very stocked!!
