Hello, I had an unpleasant experience, because since September 7 of this year we visited you to update our 2016 GMC Terrain to a 2024, we took our truck to them on a Saturday, they offered us an amount for it, we began the process of opening credit, and days, weeks passed, and the saleswoman Diana Salinas, always called and never communicated in a timely manner, due to "N" number of excuses, we had to be calling, the month of October passed, we sent the papers and It took more than 3 weeks, and we had to look for it again, arguing that the GMC Brand did not respond, or that the system was slow, etc. Time passed, October 23 arrived and they commented that they needed to see the truck again, knowing in advance that they would go on a trip from October 24 to 30. In conclusion, ABOUT 2 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO GIVE AN RESPONSE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, I DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT IS FROM THE AGENCY, FROM THE COMMERCIAL, FINANCIAL AREA OR FROM THE SELLER. TERRIBLE FOLLOW-UP.

Terrible service, the truck came out worse and the staff makes it difficult to serve. I definitely do not recommend this agency.
