Fyda Freightliner Western Star of Northern Kentucky and Fyda Isuzu Trucks

This is the worst dealership I have ever been. They took a whole week to just to find out what codes are coming while the whole dealership is empty. They had no clue what’s going on and just make up problems to make it seem like they are working on your truck. They changed perfectly good batteries on a truck that needed the fuel system repaired. They ignored the code for the fuel system and decided to change the batteries instead and told us the truck is ready. 20 miles later I’m on the side of the road. Stay away and don’t get caught up in their lies.

Blessed to purchase parts at this place! Gentlemen at front desk is knowledgeable. First place out of 5 I called manager actually knows that alternator is universal thing and your truck may fit many options, instead of trying to sell the most expansive one or saying "we're out of your specific alternator and cant offer anything else.." Professional managers make a difference! Also shop mechanic helped to move pulley from old to new alternator(you need air/electric gun yo do it). Overall friendly personal. Thank you guys, appreciate your professionalism and good work!

Had abad leak on the cross fuel bridge on my Pete 379, I called couple dealers but they gave me really bad wait times for days or even weeks.. Fyda got me same day in and out, excellent service.great people on the desk and my mechanic Shorty …👌 give five stars

The best Fyda Freightliner shop I’ve been to. Was told come in and they would see me and when I got there I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. They diagnosed the issue and repaired me within a couple of hours. Tyler the shop foreman was very respectful and upfront about everything which is hard to find these days and the service technician Trevor was very knowledgeable and polite and did a great job. They both went above and beyond to get me out the door. I will return for all my needs!

Left with the same problem as it came in with.I told the service writer everything the tech needed to know but he minimized everything into just a few words. If he's too lazy to write down all the info, he should let the customer fill out the write up sheet our self. There's a reason the customer gives all of the details!
