Reliable Ford Dealer but they have to improve on service.

Currently it is a place where they sell motorcycles, I am very sorry to say that the customer service is bad. He is not trained and they serve as if they were doing a favor. I have nothing better to say

I recommend that users inspect their vehicle carefully at the time of delivery. They changed my headlight bulbs and my power cables disappeared. "I appreciate the plastic glove that the thief left me"

The body shop and paint shop is terrible, they take too long, they give you dates and they don't keep them so that when they deliver it to you it comes out poorly painted and covered in another paint, with mechanical failures, in short, worse than how you delivered it and that's not to mention that In my case, when they delivered it to me, they changed my battery (when they didn't have to take it out) and if I didn't realize it at that moment, they wouldn't have believed me that it wasn't my real battery, a shame for Ford.!!!

Terrible service from the seller, I went to ask and find out about the new Figo 2016 and the seller who helped me came with a very arrogant attitude, and he harassed me with the question "But are you going to buy it or not?" rush to sell and created a lot of pressure and I don't think it is the best way to serve the client; As I mentioned before, I went to ask for reports because I was undecided between the mentioned vehicle and a VW, the seller simply turned his back on me and walked away and no longer wanted to give me reports on the vehicle, so I decided to leave and better go to another Ford dealership (where, by the way, I made the purchase since the man who assisted me understood my anguish and therefore gave me more appropriate attention to my situation) PS: Maybe the salesman at this dealership saw me very young and that's why he thought I was on a game plan, but no, I hope I change that attitude because I even felt discriminated against in a certain way.
