If you are thinking of selling your car, do not do it with this dealership. More than 3 months ago my husband and I sold our car and that is the date they have not deposited the payment, the agent only tells us that it is in process but they do not do it. At the time everyone was very friendly and now there is no response. Update: It has been 2 weeks since the Manager José Alfredo Cantero finally responded to one of my emails, supposedly everything was already in order and between Thursday and Friday of last week the payment would have been made but it was not and now again there is no response It is worth mentioning that they modified the initial offer they gave us the day they asked us for the car documents, they have had the car with them since February and surely it has not been given care and maintenance. Update: it is now October 29 and 6 months have passed since the delivery of the vehicle and documents and they still have not made the payment, there is no response from any of the managers and they only make excuses and do not want to give fair compensation and adequate for the waiting time and damage to the vehicle during the time they have kept it in their facilities. Now it turns out that they have not paid because they have excess cars so I recommend not taking your car for an offer.

Everything related to sales, excellent service, very attentive and professional to any questions, however we did not have the same experience with management, they were very rude and unable to kindly solve our problem; which was mainly with the accessories that came in the vehicle's technical sheet. Check carefully what the vehicle includes as a recommendation. The vehicle we bought was excellent, already several Fords and very good vehicles.

The best vehicles and very good service from the staff, this agency is small but has its appropriate layout to see all the new cars, it has parking for customers and also has after-sales service... the Ford Bronco is a beauty!
