There are 2 prices here. One price for nationals and another for North Americans. They tried to sell me a truck $80,000 over asking price in both Canada and the USA. I confronted the salesperson, and he was unable to explain himself or the why's. Only saying it because of import fees. BUYER BEWARE!!!

My ford explorer made some knocking sound while driving. Ford checked it and quoted me new flechas (25.000 pesos total). However, they did not have the parts and said it would take a week. Well, i could not wait a week so i looked for a mechanic who has the parts. Once i brought my car there, the mechanic said, the flechas are fine. Just a lose part. He tightened the lose part and let me go without any charge. Dear ford, next time when you want to cheat a customer, make sure you have the part available.

way to service schedule needs lots of help. unless you have the VIN (here for some odd reason is called serial number) they won't be able to find you in their "system". good luck ... it's a Ford. update: service buffoonishly incompetent. they don't even read the whatsapp messages THEY THEMSELVES SEND

My husband and I own a 2008 Ford Escape, which is obviously not a new car, but we've never had a problem with it. We paid $3,600 for a regular six month service, and have had nothing but problems since. Just two days after the service, the car broke down in a major intersection emitting black smoke, and we had to pay a mechanic $1,250 to drain oil from the car, as it had been overfilled. Less than two weeks later, we are now paying $3,500 to a mechanic after another breakdown. Apparently the engine was washed with water during the service, and a number of electrical issues have ensued. Recommend finding an honest local mechanic to take care of your maintenance. This has been a nightmare.

Wow!!! I'm looking to buy a new car, so I thought I would first look at some reviews. I am so glad I did. I would say 80% were very negative. I just hope that the owners oof this Ford dealership will read these reviews and correct whatever or whoever is causing these bad reviews. On October 6th and 7th I'm in PV to buy a car. Thank you all for these reviews. I will definitely NOT be going to this dealership.
