Excellent service, cheaper maintenance prices than in Monterrey

Very bad service. They receive you early and deliver you late and unfinished, the charges in the note specifically describe what is going to be done in the service appointment and personally they did not clean my engine, they did not change the engine air filter, I doubt the filter change of fuel, under the Carter my vehicle has a metal hopper which when changing the oil and oil filter they only put 3 of the 4 screws that it has and they only put in half of the screw (half a rope), they did not rotate the tires and They did not lubricate the cardan shaft or the doors. Terrible service and they charge very well because the invoice describes it as if they were going to provide agency service.

I loved the treatment at this agency, they made us feel very comfortable and confident that we made an excellent purchase.
