Newell was great. I was told by another store that they couldn’t get the boots I wanted, but Footwear Outfitters was able to get them ordered for me.

Employees were so helpful! I spent a half hour trying on shoes and the guy who helped me was super patient. Their selection is really high quality!

I live near Blackfoot and work out on the Desert for the INL. I drove clear out to work and then to Idaho Falls instead of riding the bus to be able to purchase a pair of boots before closing at 7pm on a Monday. Arrived to the store at 6pm just to find the door locked and the store closed. Not impressed. If you’re going to advertise being open until 7 you better be open. I understand the sign says 7ish, but closing a whole hour early is a little much. Money is a little tight for me right now and I didn’t appreciate wasting a bunch of money on fuel when I could have just taken the bus to work for free. I’m guessing the other customers who came and also found it closed that I watched didn’t appreciate it either.

Amazing selection for being a small store. Super helpful staff. They really care about your purchase, and go the extra mile to help you take care of your footwear well after your purchase. A definite must-go to for high quality footwear!
