Flip Flop Shops

Just took an Uber to this location specifically, and arrived at the doors a few minutes after 8pm to the store being closed. Your times on Google Maps shows close times as of 9pm every night of the week, and you also had a person counting the register with the door lights off and doors locked when we arrived @8ish. What time do you close? If it is different than 9pm, Could you please update your operating hours on Google Maps please? I will be stopping by tomorrow to pick up a pair for the beach, and I hope to see ya'll open.

customer service was incredible here! shoes broke while on vacation and the employee was super helpful and kind. good selection of shoes at fair prices.

This place was locked up and I waited there for a half an hour to 45 minutes for somebody to come back. There was no sign on the door or nothing to let us know if they were even coming back. I bought sandels and literally walked out and came back an hour and a half later to exchange them for a bigger size like I originally wanted but was talked into getting a smaller size thinking the guy that was helping me was a professional. Only to find out no they would not take them back and they said that they were too worn. So I bought the bigger size anyway but was totally disappointed in the way they handled this they definitely could've resold them no problem. This is the sandels I bought both which one looks used to you? You could've offered me a discount I found the same pair up north at 20 bucks less. Don't try to blame it on your manufacture he recommended the smaller pair as it fit better that's poor customer service on your part and the fact that you have other reviews complaining about nobody being there during the middle of a day says it all! Mahalo!!!!!!

I was shopping in store in October 2022 whilst on holidays from Australia, the hour may have been slightly different to what is advertised but that’s ok cause the service I received from the owner was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for better assistance. Dimitri
