Fazzino Auto True Value

10/17/23 Did ya' ever notice that when you can't find what you're looking for in one of those big box "home improvement" stores, and you're ready to give up, you decide to try just one, more, place? This is that kind of store you finally go to, and find that item you were looking for. Score another one for the mom & pop hardware store. Fazzino's (or Fuzzynose as I affectionately call it) has more hardware than the modest size of the building would seem to be able to hold. It's my go to place for both hardware and NAPA auto parts on those occasions when I need them. Fazzino's is an old, well established family owned business that competes well against the big box stores because they have what you need, when you need it.

Great customer service! I had a key cut on a very expensive blank. The key was cut too deep and didn't not work. They made good on it. I've also had great customer service on the auto parts side. They went the extra mile on a Sunday to get the part I needed and apologized for the delay. That's the way it should be.

First stop here to support the local guys. Staff is helpful.

A great old-school hardware store. They have 90% of everything you could need, and know 100% of what they have. Any time I've come in I've received efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. Even if I'm calling to find out if they have something, they don't guess if it's on the shelf, they put the phone down and go look to see how many they have. Awesome store with great people working there.

I stopped by to see about a door lock set and Mat assisted me. The lock set I had bought at another store didn't fit and Matt suggested slotting the door which I did and it worked out Great!! Thanks Matt and Fazzinos True Value is my New Go to hardware store . I should have gone to you First. Matt knows his Stuff.
