Great assistance

The 2 times I went I had a bad experience, the first time the cashier did not apply the pharmaclub discounts, the second time the pharmacist did not want to take an original prescription for me to purchase medications with my social work. I'm never coming back!

Excellent stock in various items. Extended hours

The pharmacist who treated me has less desire to work than those who picket. Increase his salary or something so that he attends with more cordiality and good vibes

A 'friendly pharmacy' in a neighborhood that can be hostile, right in Recoleta. 1. The pharmacists Néstor and Agustina always explain to you if you ask them about medicines and they suffer like us from the obstacles of prepaid payments. The empaths Mi. and Ver. help us with mom and endure stoically when we get angry with the prepaid company when a remedy for mom comes out 'unauthorized' (advanced Alz.). They do what they can to not give us the medication that Mom is entitled to by law due to the PMO. Even when there are lines with Recoletosos customers who don't know how to wait, they huff and puff when you fill out the paperwork they ask for, etc. Those who assist you dedicate the necessary time so that you 'understand what you are carrying'. They give you options and tell you which branch to get what you are looking for if they don't have it. In the boxes Christian L, Silvia, Leonela, Hugo, Néstor and Lu. They usually liven up the process with some 'chat of the moment' that always comes up. Useful to distract yourself from all the money that medicines cost ;). They take blood pressure at a ridiculous cost and with patience, 4-9 p.m. with a break from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. I think. Mon-Sat except Wednesday. "The security people" are changing, most, not all, are cordial. They protect us from the street and 'order traffic'*. Miriam Celeste, the current one, is smiling and kind to Mom. The fact that there is 'someone for security' also helps with the client who becomes aggressive when frustrated by something. Ex. "We have to wait." Something that could be improved is that there are schedules with only one person attending, e.g. on weekends, in the afternoon. 'Some customers go to the pharmacy anxious or don't know what they need. Or older people ask several times', e.g. how to use a blood pressure monitor. They can be 20' or more with just one person. So you can spend a long time standing in line, standing. There are no official chairs, but there are in the Av branch. Santa Fe and Pueyrredón. We are all working hard in Baires. Wide assortment of almost everything, even things you wouldn't expect to find in a pharmacy. Like things to do at the gym, or sweets, strategically located near the cash register. Mom is always tempted with a little chocolate. The company's cereal bars are very cheap, delicious and profitable. Ana is the cosmiatrician, she helped mom choose the best products for her, without spending more. He worries about explaining even to someone who hardly understands, like me. They accept our prepaid but not PAMI, you have to go to another branch, nearby. Very nice location and view, although you can't see anything 'inside the premises' because of the plotting that covers the windows on Peña and the wall of beauty products. Cover the square... In front of a plaza 'attitud Recoleta' and on the block, trendy/'cancheros' places. A few blocks from expensive denominational schools, 'mothers with many children' go at the children's dismissal times. That is the social class that buys in this store. So don't expect 'respect for others' from the public, but from the Farmacity staff. To recommend. . A personal note, as always ;). A few years ago I forgot an irreplaceable piece of paper at the pharmacy, yes... They took the time to look up the name of the clerk, call her (she was from an inland city). Without all this work that could not have been taken, I would never have recovered the original that I left in 'Farmacity Peña y Larrea'. * A previous guard, not tall, light skin, was very unfriendly. In other reviews they mention that 'he watched you as if you were going to steal'. e.g. 'Camila Balbuena', May 2022' I quote: "she was practically chasing me everywhere thinking I was going to steal (SIC) and it was super uncomfortable, I was just trying to choose a cream."
