On Wednesday, August 3, at around 7:45 p.m., I was second in line to pay. Suddenly the cashier changed the direction of the line and I was in the last place, behind three people. Obviously I left the things I was going to buy and left.
Virtual care is inefficient and quite bad. Pay for a product that took more than 2 weeks to arrive, when it is supposed to be done virtually in order to avoid so much attendance at the store. I can't complain about any attention from the employees but they don't sanitize the personal items that they request (document, etc) and from so many times that I went to try to remove the product some employees have been mistreated. Totally unpleasant experience.
