I will not return to any pharmacity branch again because I have self-respect and I am tired of the inhumane treatment especially in this branch. They have no right to treat people in such a bad way.
I like going to Farmacity, but the guys who attend to either the cashier or security are the face of death. I understand that we have difficult days. But if your client is having difficulties to pay with the card, or if he gets nervous but has all the will to maintain cordiality, the desire to pay. The bad face, the no greeting is ugly and an unpleasant customer experience. We all have difficult days, it's hard for all of us to smile in these times. But there are things that should be treated not to happen.
It's good that online shopping exists.

I went on Tuesday 6/21 at noon, the very complacent light-haired cashier and zero vibes to attend. The client is not to blame for their problems.
