I went to make a purchase of a product. I see that it has 2x1 and when I got home I noticed that they had charged me twice.
I return one and while the cashier is processing the return, the supervisor comes and asks what happened. I tell her that the product did not have its price, that a 2x1 of a product appeared in the place of this one that was not in its place and the cashier argues with me saying that there was no problem with the price 🫠😳 and repeats the same thing I said I (?!?!?)
The supervisor answers me that 'what has to match is the barcodes' (!!!!!!)
Because surely we all go through life checking barcodes... the wrong ones are the customers who expect pharmacity to be handled ethically...
