I just received the order for the purchase made on 11/12. First and last time I buy. 7 business days for delivery of the order (not even from China), a joke. 3 times I went to pick up from the Av La Cordillera branch, one time it was not in order, the next it was outside of hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., I arrived at 8:15 p.m. Neither the cashier nor the manager tried to solve it, they only had 3 people in the checkout line, I think it wasn't much to try to ship the order. Very bad treatment, they seem like two different companies, online shopping and physical purchases. Employees with zero empathy, nor desire to have satisfied customers. Very bad experience. I'm not going to repeat it.

I bought adult diapers on 10/11 online and it took 8 business days to pick up and I'm still waiting... I can't believe with all the branches they have that there is no stock according to them and the worst thing is that I already paid for them... Total indignation, zero empathy with the elderly.

Excellent service and I appreciate that they are good people, I forgot my cell phone in the basket and they returned it to me, thank you very much, they are the best ❤️
