Terrible service from the people in the pharmacy! We went to the emergency room (it was the closest) because a friend was bitten by a Portuguese fragrant and was starting to have breathing problems. The doctor was in the office; But when I asked for a card for a consultation, the person at the counter, with a bad face, told me that the doctor had not arrived yet and they couldn't give me a card, that I had to wait 15 minutes until he arrived and then I should ask for the card. . The rest second guessed it and told me that there was no doctor and that they didn't know of another office nearby. My friend interrupted the consultation on duty to ask the doctor to attend to him and the patient on duty kindly came out so that he could be attended to. We returned for the medication the doctor prescribed, which according to them "had not yet arrived" so they could inject it immediately.
