I made my purchases and supposedly with the accumulated amount, they would give me my product for free. They never made it valid, they sent me to reprint the ticket so they could validate it and now they only tell me that it is in the investigation process. My experience was terrible

It's 7:03 and they don't open... they say they'll see me in 15 minutes, because it's a shift change. Bad very bad. They should foresee that situation. I have an emergency and I stopped by here because it's the one left on the way.

I don't understand why they block the steps to the products, literally you can only go in to order what they prescribed for you.
