It is a self-service store (like an oxxo) in terms of basic products (alcohol, bandages, cotton, condoms, etc.). There are some products that you do have to ask the manager or cashier for (this makes sense since some medicines need to be at a good temperature). -What I liked : The service was very good, a very friendly girl helped me, and she even recommended some products similar to the ones I wanted. He was so kind that he even encouraged me to purchase the points card because if I plan to return. There was a police officer at the entrance... That made me feel very safe and comfortable since in Acatitla the vendors often assault you if they don't know you. The purchase of my products was very fast and efficient. The establishment is very clean and smelled fabulous, I like that. I really felt like I was in a very clean pharmacy. That I did not like : To be honest... Terrible service. They never serve, it is always closed and the girls who serve only give you "no" signs. No what??? Do they reserve the service? or what happens with his signs. If they are not going to attend the pharmacy they should not have it open.
