SLOW, RUDE, AND IGNORANT, THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSES, THEY DENY MEDICINES EVEN IF THEY HAVE THEM, WRONG PRICES, AT NIGHT THEY DENY YOU THINGS, THEY BE RUDE, THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF WELL, A YOUNG MAN NAMED GRABIEL, RUDE AND ARROGANT, THE BOSS A MISS ANDREA CAROLINA APPEARS TO BE CALLED, DOES NOT SOLVE ANYTHING, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS, ANOTHER YOUNG MAN NAMED ARTURO BRANCH MANAGER APPEARS RUDE AND RUDE BEHAVES WITH CLIENTS, CLAIMS AND DISCUSSES WITHOUT RESOLVING ANYTHING, I HOPE THE MANAGERS TAKE LETTERS IN THIS PROBLEMATIC BRANCH IN GUADALAJARA, ALL THE WORKERS ARE VERY EDUCATED AND KIND.

The service tonight is terrible, the doors barely open, several employees and only one attends, and to pay with a card they ask for the PIN which because the terminal is fixed, these days a store of this size is not possible. Disappointing.
