Farmacias Guadalajara

They serve very poorly at the Manuel Acuña branch, they have long lines at the pharmacy, they do not have paper for photography and above all the attitude is horrible.

It says open DAY AND NIGHT and it is never open at night. I have been several times and they are closed and no one, NO ONE opens. Check that out of mercy. Sometimes there are emergencies... And I went around 10:30pm

You call the phone to find out if they have what you need and avoid going back and forth, they answer and hang up...

Every time I go they take good care of me. The staff currently in the pharmacy know their jobs well and if I have a problem or question they are willing to help and are kind and patient. The best place for medications!!

The attention was terrible, today I went to pay for a service and the lady who attends the pharmacy area told me that she had no system and when I asked what time she could return to see if there was already a system, she commented that she did not know why the system was failing without even checking if I could pass the payment in comment. That means that 1000 apathy to give attention to a client to make the payment for a service…. The administrators should pay more attention to these issues since these actions put Guadalajara pharmacies in a bad way because if one goes to buy something or pay for a service it is not free, why if the franchise implements the payment of services I do not think it is from a bony gratia that they have some economic benefit so as not to serve the users who come to make those payments for services for nothing thank you 🙁
