In regards, in these pharmacies the staff is cheerful, I don't know if that is the main policy to hire their staff, always very friendly with a good attitude. And that is more than enough for a client, good service is the best.
Today I went to buy and they have the wrong price tags and the offers that they expose to the public do not have inventories. They put the mislabeled merchandise with the wrong price or the employees forget to remove it or they are lazy to update the prices and we as consumers get married and the first thing we see is the price and when they get to the box another one comes out. Knowing that it is the fault of the employees themselves for not doing their job well, they still offend us and treat us badly.
The manager of this store is very despotic and tactless when it comes to serving the customer. She thinks she is in the flea market where she can get along with the customers and it is scary since she is very aggressive. In my case it is not taking me an offer, it is the kindness and acceptance that they are making a mistake and that they at least ask for an apology but not that they get very arrogant
One of the workers demands that I bring a face mask and he did not have it on on the pretext that he was going to drink water and was in the food area as they are allowed in this pharmacy, they do not set an example for their workers, he was wearing a white jacket
