I had to live the experience that I went to pick up my order at the locker, someone was stealing products, a security door closes and as a customer with my product in hand it does not let me leave, all the employees go to the thief's aisle, here there is Two very serious things, one they expose me as a client in an attempted assault that we don't know if he is armed and could hurt me, two, the company does not take care of its collaborators, they need to improve their processes.
My rating is for the doctor Laura Oviedo Delgadillo. Excellent care, very humane and patient. I hope she continues to attend that pharmacy's office. When ordering your medications it is something else. The employees are bad at what they do, slow on top of everything. But this time I got a more attentive lady, she did her job well. I think they need to organize them well and remove those who do not want to do their job well.
Terrible attention from the people who serve, you approach the staff to ask about something and they serve you in a despotic and rude manner, the place has good prices but it is of no use if the customer service is deplorable.
