This branch of Farmacia Guadalajara is located on Zaragoza Street in the historic center of San Luis Potosí. It is a well-stocked and usually busy branch. Therefore, although the service is usually good, I have had a couple of occasions when the wait has been too long. Both because of the number of people, and because of the fact that sometimes there is only one cash register - it already seems like Oxxo. Or on some occasions because there is no one to deliver in the pharmacy, photography or cold meats area. Precisely on this last occasion I was waiting for more than ten minutes to be served in cold cuts, the lady at the checkout rang on multiple occasions to note that there were people waiting to be served, the wait was so unusually long that the other people preferred to leave. After more than ten minutes I saw a lady running from outside, she stopped to leave some things in the back and proceeded to assist me. In short, with the long line of people at checkout - it was a Saturday afternoon - it took about 30 minutes just to buy ham and cheese. It is understandable that the workers go out to buy something or for some other situation, what seems negative to me - and therefore the low rating - is that the rest of the staff does not adapt to the needs of the store, since two ladies went to auxiliary to the one that was in the cash register - it was new - and when she pointed out to them that they had not served us in cold cuts, they did not do so as they were not in that section at the moment.

It is a pharmacy where you also get groceries. I went around 9:30 pm and there was still service, which was very good because I needed some medicine. People were still coming in to buy, although the street was already somewhat lonely. They also have a photo printing service and products such as puzzles, keychains, mugs, plates, etc. With the image you want from your photo gallery. Children's photos in color or b/w too, although the photos do not turn out very well because there is no adequate lighting and even less editing of the image. As for groceries, it is well stocked. There is also a delicatessen section, a variety of cold drinks, a coffee machine, and industrialized bread. Cleaning and personal care products. Baby products. They have good service from the staff.

Very bad experience, I made a request for photos and they gave me 2 business days and it's already been a week and they still don't have them 😒
