I went at night, supposedly it is 24 hours a day and they did not want to assist me. And today I wanted to return a product and they did not accept it, when in other pharmacies of the same franchise I have done so without problem

Today I went to this pharmacy and the cashier asked me to leave my backpack on the floor next to her checkout. YOUR BOX IS RIGHT AT THE DOOR WHERE THEY CAN EASILY TAKE IT AWAY. And the worst thing is that he only said it to me while the others walked by with bags even bigger than my backpack. I don't know if it's a discrimination issue but IT WAS A TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don't go if you don't want to receive bad treatment from their workers. (Being a "large" store, they don't even put boxes to store backpacks, while smaller stores do, worrying about their customers.) and I repeat, TERRIBLE SERVICE. For me, I don't give it any stars.

Their workers are very rude. Unfortunately it is the closest to my home but the Tláhuac branch offers better service
