Very long line and to make matters worse, if they don't have the medicine you are looking for, you have already wasted your time. I spent more than 20 minutes in line for them to simply tell me that we do not have that medication in this branch.

Bad attention from the staff and even more so if you go after 8pm, I suppose that due to fatigue the staff answers you reluctantly. The line is very long, it takes you more than 20 minutes to get to the counter for them to serve you and tell you that medicine is out of stock.

They never have medicine. “Yes, we handle it but we don't have it in stock.” THEY ALWAYS TELL YOU THAT. If every time I ask they answer me like this, I would like to know what they do have in stock. They would change their name from pharmacy to minisuper

Terrible service, not respecting advertised prices and to make matters worse they tell you that you as a customer are to blame for not checking the timer beforehand, as they have worked too hard to review price by price :/. You ask to speak to the manager and it is just as disastrous
