My BEST pharmacy in Mexico

Their customer service was terrible, they had problems with their system and they charged us twice on my wife's card. The manager lacks a lot of kindness and empathy, since instead of understanding the situation and trying to help with a solution, with a terrible attitude she only tried to get rid of the situation and leave the problem to us. Terrible experience with the 2 managers involved.

It is a store with a lot of assortment, but the employees are almost always outside their work area and there are long lines at the checkout.

Good assortment of products although prices are high
