A moment ago we bought a coffee from the machine which came out with pure water and they didn't change it or give us a refund, the girls just looked at the machine instead of solving it, a year ago a nebulizer came out defective and they didn't even want to do anything about it. return exchange at night, rather than only during the day when it was extremely urgent, too bad that they do not have trained and competent personnel for these situations. A year ago a nebulizer that helped save a life, today a simple coffee, then we'll see what nonsense they do...
