Even though there are enough people working, they spend more than 20 minutes waiting for them to serve you and to make matters worse, when you leave the establishment they accuse you of stealing something and they don't apologize in the slightest. Terrible service! The staff should do their job better and educate them in customer service.
Today I went to buy an antibiotic and they treated me very badly. The pharmacy manager was very slow and clumsy (he had mistakes and cancellations with the three clients before me) and when I was going to pay I didn't have a card to pay so he took me to the cash register at the entrance of the store and the cashier was so rude and insensitive that I better went shopping at the Farmacia del Ahorro which is two blocks away. He didn't want to charge me and took a very arrogant attitude. I didn't even have a uniform or a badge to identify her and complain about her. Terrible treatment, very rude. I will never return to that branch. My medication cost me 10 pesos more at the other pharmacy but at least there they treated me very well. No wonder the other time there was a video on the news where a customer got into a fight with the staff of that branch. Obviously if they are cretins with the client that was going to happen. Very bad experience, better not go there, you don't know when you are going to run into disastrous employees.
4 stars because they make you wait a long time in the line for medicine, there also needs to be more bread stock, the line to buy a grocery item other than medicine is fast but with not so friendly treatment conclusion: 4 stars,
