Yesterday, April 17, 2023, I made a purchase of 50 pesos and a withdrawal from my Bancomer debit card of 200 and coincidentally today I received an unrecognized charge to my account from a tool charge. The thing is that I don't use my card for anything, not even at ATMs since I make withdrawals without a card. But yesterday it was an emergency because I was in the hospital. So be careful why they cloned my card in this establishment. Of course I will do everything necessary and as far as I can legally go. By the way, the manager also serves very poorly (note that it wasn't the cashier, but rather the one in charge of the place). She was asked if a withdrawal could be made and my son replied super rudely, "withdrawal from what" "they sent you money or what?" ""what card or what" instead of giving the information kindly, in addition to his nefarious gaze sweeping people. But hey, I already canceled the card so don't even bother trying, plus I always have my money out of reach, thieves, they were able to buy with what they left for emergencies and take advantage of it because they don't know who they got "lucky" with.

I went to buy and the lady was very rude. We bought with a card and they charged us extra. Don't buy there.
