Previously, the comment was made that my payment had already been registered in my application on the first deposit, and it was justified by saying that the ticket did not appear and that I had not been charged. I wasn't going to be fighting at all. At the end of the day, I was charged twice, because the TDC was entered twice (it's obvious) the supposed person in charge named Laura was asked for attention and well, I have no idea where this stop was, she was given the two numbers. authorization and even then I can't give a solution, they only brought me back and until today, March 23, they washed their hands that it was the bank's problem, when I had already clarified with the bank from that same day, they just don't accept your MISTAKE. Fortunately, the amount was not much, but it was money that did go into his box and they did not respond for it. ANYWAY. Terrible service, terrible customer solution, terrible training. I'm not going back there.
