I had a very bad experience with this pharmacy and I will tell you how they robbed me.
On March 10, I made a purchase and paid with TDC, the person who charged me named Mario incorrectly manipulated his terminal and his system crashed, causing me to enter my TDC for the second time. Previously, the comment was made that my payment had already been registered in my application on the first deposit, and it was justified by saying that the ticket did not appear and that I had not been charged. I wasn't going to be fighting at all.
At the end of the day, I was charged twice, because the TDC was entered twice (it's obvious) the supposed person in charge named Laura was asked for attention and well, I have no idea where this stop was, she was given the two numbers. authorization and even then I can't give a solution, they only brought me back and until today, March 23, they washed their hands that it was the bank's problem, when I had already clarified with the bank from that same day, they just don't accept your MISTAKE.
Fortunately, the amount was not much, but it was money that did go into his box and they did not respond for it.
ANYWAY.
Terrible service, terrible customer solution, terrible training.
I'm not going back there.
Very poorly trained, the pharmacy girls are rude, apart from being inefficient and they still hide behind calling customer service because surely it is obvious that nothing is happening, there are like 3 people, 3 boxes and they see a very thin one and it is worth it, they only charge in one, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
Terrible service! They take a long time to attend because they are talking and they attend until they feel like it. They treat the customer with total indifference.
They made me wait a long time and never gave me my product, they just told me... "They are looking for it." Your service is deplorable!
The employees are rude, slow and ignore you. For my part, I will not return to that branch, I was lined up and when my turn came, the young woman who attended me went to talk to another young woman, I asked her if she could attend me and she only saw me and continued laughing. Terrible service
Don't have to go to the pharmacy at night because when they get the product, they don't let you pass or they throw the boxes at you saying: "Run them over, so they can stop by right now," as if it were fun to have to go out to get medicine for a sick person. late hours of the night and having to see faces!
