Farmacia Guadalajara

Very bad service, I went on July 3 at 00:30 HRS for a medication because I had a sensitive family member and the gentlemen have the luxury of telling you that there is no service there because they are very busy receiving a truck of groceries when there were three employees and the gentlemen chattering away laughing, as if one went at night just for the pleasure of getting some medicine. The good thing is that I now report directly to them.

The three times that I have gone in the night and asked for medication, they never have it and they don't even bother to check the system. I have been buying at these pharmacies for many years and it is the only one with bad service. I hope they take action on the matter. and check your staff.

Today, September 26, I bought 10 boxes of fluconazole and one of them came empty, a 2x1 cetaphil offer was announced and there was none😡

We have been there twice now and they do not have and/or mark lost merchandise. They need to improve.

Good service, good place, stocked, with small parking, and good location, the only bad thing is that they don't answer calls.....
