The afternoon shift staff, specifically the manager Guadalupe Miranda, is an intolerant person and not suitable to maintain the position she has, she does not resolve problems or doubts from clients. Personally, I only went for a photo, I asked for help and the person in charge treated me with a terrible attitude, she didn't have the time to support me and I finally paid and they didn't want to give me a refund. The only thing the manager told me was that she would not return my money but she would return the next day to see what solution they would give me.

Good service, I always find what I'm looking for, fair prices and no delays like in others.

Good assortment of products, medicines are often out of stock although by phone or on their website they indicate that there is stock and that makes things go in vain, the employees, neither good nor bad, do their job and that's it… In that branch they even sell bread that claims to be freshly made (it smells very good, I've never tried it xD).

It's a shame that there are no stars, bad prices, promotional products, which do not correspond. Example: corn flakes promotional price of 43 pesos with marker and pen (small letters) the validity is April 9 and we are already April 20

Terrible service on the night shift, more than 20 minutes per customer, and they don't even give you what you ask for, they have to look again... I waited more than 1 hour and there were only 3 people in front of me...
